Yael Blankstein

Yael BlanksteinYael Blankstein founded Ye'elim Realty 20 years ago. She is a native Israeli who speaks Hebrew, English & German. Yael was a high school teacher after finishing the Hebrew University. She lived several years in Toronto Canada before returning to Israel and Jerusalem with her husband, whose family promoted and participated in the development of the 540 apartment Camdev terrace housing project ( Tzameret Habira ), on the French Hill.

Prior to founding Ye'elim Realty Yael was an agent with two leading real estate agencies for a period of 8 years, one of which was a national company for whom she managed the Jerusalem office. She is a licensed real estate agent and Chairwoman of the Jerusalem Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, of which she was a founding member.

Ruth Yeschua

Yael BlanksteinRuth Yeschua was born in Jerusalem and is a graduate of the Hebrew University , in Philosphy, Literature and in Musicology. She lived for eight years in Canada, has travelled extensively, mainly in Europe and North America and speaks Hebrew, English and French.

She has a twenty years of experience as a Real Estate Agent / Broker / Consultant in Jerusalem and in recent years she is specializing in the Nachlaot area. She was among the first who worked with developers and people who wanted to build their private homes in this area, thus contributing to the preservation and replanning of one of the oldest and loveliest Jewish neighbourhoods of Jerusalem.

Ruth is a licensed real estate agent and is a member of the Jerusalem Chamber of Real Estate Brokers.
