Ye'elim was established in Jerusalem in 1986, by Yael Blankstein, the founding Chairman of the Jerusalem Chamber of Real Estate Brokers and a member of the family which promoted and built the "Tzameret Habira" CAMDEV terrace housing project on the French Hill.
